Premier Carpet Cleaning and Restoration arrived on-scene and immediately assessed the damage and made contact with me to begin the restoration process. I was kept informed every step of the way with cost updates and progress with the project. I was provided with access to insurance industry experts providing me with solutions to the common roadblocks and tactics the insurance company was using to deny coverage for damage to the property. Premier worked as the main contractor overseeing the project utilizing quality sub-contractors to rebuild the property and provide quality guidance. Premier supported every aspect of the project from start to finish. From the beginning of the project they set the tone of professionalism and quality work which extended to the end of the construction phase and completion of the rebuild. I did not have much hope for the carpet in my dad's home. But, I was very pleasantly surprised, it looks so good! Not like new, because that just wasn't possible, but they removed stains that had been there probably for years!
